Planned around your villa
On a larger plot, the electrical panel can be a long way from where the cars are parked — sometimes across a garden or down a driveway to a separate garage. We plan the most practical cable route, whether that's surface-mounted, through existing conduit or underground.
We also think about how the charger will look. Many villa owners want it to sit discreetly in the garage or blend into the entrance, not dominate the façade.
Two cars, pool pumps and air conditioning
Marbella villas often run air conditioning, pool pumps and underfloor heating at the same time. Add one or two electric cars and you can easily exceed your contracted power.
Smart chargers with load management share the available power automatically. With two chargers, they balance between the cars, and they slow down when the house needs more power, so nothing trips.
- Multiple chargers with shared load management
- Three-phase chargers where the supply allows
- Solar-aware charging if you have photovoltaic panels
- Chargers for guests, staff or rental guests

When you're not at the villa
If you split your time between Marbella and elsewhere, app-controlled chargers let you check on charging, lock the charger and see energy use remotely. It's also useful if the villa is let to guests and you want to track their charging separately.
If you're abroad, WhatsApp is the easiest way to get started. Send us photos of the parking area and electrical panel and we'll arrange the rest, including access with your property manager if needed.
